Audience: Newly hired Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs)

The Problem:  High Desert Skilled Nursing Facility has experienced a rise in hospital-acquired conditions (HACs) among patients cared for by newly hired CNAs. 

The Solution:  A targeted, asynchronous e-Learning course trains CNAs in evidence-based hand hygiene and PPE practices to reduce hospital-acquired infections. 

Highlights:  The course includes interactivity, including labeled graphics, process, flip cards, and tab interactions.  The course also includes knowledge checks and a performance-based quiz to assess understanding.

The Problem:  The Starcross Hotel has experienced a 25% increase in negative customer satisfaction reviews over the last quarter. Specifically, reviews highlighting poor communication and service at the front desk have risen from 20% of total reviews to 45%. 

The Solution:  An asynchronous, scenario-based e-Learning course strengthens front desk employees’ communication and service skills. This training provides scenario-based practice opportunities to improve guest interactions and reduce negative customer reviews. 

Highlights:  The course uses a central scenario that is revisited throughout, with interactive elements such as drag-and-drop, tabs, and accordions. Knowledge checks and a scenario-based quiz give learners practice while confirming their understanding.
